William Lenfestey is the general contractor for Beachside and has been apart of the building industry for 25 years. He knows home building from field experience, not just the office, and has the experience to forsee and avoid many issues that end up being huge scheduling issues with many builders. William is also a member of the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Building Association and is fully licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina. Our office is located in Surf City on Topsail Island, NC. Topsail is a destination for quiet family beach vacations and maintains that laid back atmosphere even in the middle of tourist season. Well known as a sea turtle sanctuary and home to the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile barrier Island off the coast of North Carolina, made up of many small southern communities both on and off the Island, you will find yourself surrounded by friendly southern hospitality as well as fresh seafood! The Island lies inside two counties, Pender is on the south side and includes, Surf City and Topsail Beach, while North Topsail lies inside of Onslow County.

Hampstead is a small unincorporated community in Pender County just off the Island. Hampstead has many great communities and golf courses and some of the best schools in the area. If you aren't sure of living on the Island but want to be a short close drive then check out this area for some of the best schools in Pender County. This growing community now has many shops and offices to fulfill all of your needs without having to drive into nearby Wilmington.
